By downloading or using Orbit Lens ("the Application"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the Application. You are not allowed to copy or modify the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks in any way.
Orbit Lens is designed strictly for educational, hobbyist, and informational purposes. The orbital telemetry, satellite positions, and trajectory predictions displayed in the Application are estimations based on public data. You agree that you will not use the Application for professional aerospace operations, collision avoidance, precise astronomical targeting, or any other critical scenario where data inaccuracy could lead to property damage or harm.
The Application relies entirely on public Two-Line Element (TLE) data provided by third-party services, primarily CelesTrak. We do not own, generate, or verify this data.
The Application utilizes your device's native GPS hardware for the "Overhead" filtering feature. Location accuracy is highly dependent on your physical hardware, environmental factors (e.g., being indoors), and device permissions. We do not guarantee the precision of your plotted location or the resulting proximity calculations.
The Application itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to the developer of Orbit Lens. The 3D models and textures utilized within the Application may be subject to their own respective open-source or public domain licenses (e.g., NASA 3D Resources).
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free or function without interruption.
In no event shall the developer of Orbit Lens be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Application, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
